OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Our terms and conditions do not, and are not intended to affect or in any way detract from your statutory rights regarding the laws currently in force, which apply to any purchases you may make using our website.
PRICES & VAT (Value Added Tax)
All purchases from our website are charged in Pounds Sterling. All prices charged are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where required. You will automatically receive an email confirmation receipt upon clearance of your payment.
We will always honour the prices shown on our website. Should we have to increase the price of any item, (i.e the cost of raw materials or prices charged to us increase by a significant amount) and you have already placed an order, you will not be charged the increased price.
OUR REMITTANCE TERMS
All goods ordered must be paid for in full before we will dispatch.
Under no circumstances whatsoever will we ship goods with an invoice.
OUR POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES
Our postage charges are:
A flat rate of £0.99 Postage & Packing for all orders within the U.K.
Postage & Packing within Europe is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 per order.
Postage & Packing to the rest of the world is charged at a flat rate of £5.99 per order.
We do not make any extra charge for handling fees.
All our parcels are currently sent by Royal Mail.
OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders for in-stock items will normally be dispatched to you within 2-3 working days. For any items currently out of stock, please allow 14-28 days as a very worst-case scenario (we may be awaiting delivery from one of our many suppliers). We will always try our utmost to dispatch your order as quickly as we can, and it is only in unusual circumstances completely beyond our control where we may exceed our estimated delivery schedules.
Should you require any item by a specific date, i.e. for a gift, please contact us either by e-mail, and we will confirm whether this will be possible before you place your order.
You are welcome to contact us prior to placing any order, and we will be happy to advise you on our current delivery schedules and stock availability.
Once you have placed an order, If we are unable to fulfil your order within our normal timeframe you will be contacted as soon as we are aware of this and we will give you the option of cancelling your order. If this should be the case we will offer you a full and unconditional refund.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee all our products are fault free. Should you decide that upon receipt you no longer want any item, we will accept their return for a full refund if they are returned carriage paid to us within 7 working days, in the item's original unopened packaging. This period commences on the day after you receive the goods. Returned goods are subject to being received by us in their original and unused condition. Please indicate the reason for returning the item/goods.
We will refund the cost of returning faulty goods.
In the case of 'damaged in transit' items, we will refund the cost of
returning them subject to our carrier having inspected the goods and the packaging in accordance with the terms of our insurance. Once a return has been agreed upon, your money will be refunded within 30 days.
OUR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Any complaints you may have will be dealt with by us immediately they are received, and our reply shall be sent to you within 5 working days. This reply will outline any action we can take to satisfy your grievance. If a solution cannot be found immediately, we will keep you informed as to progress towards a workable solution that is satisfactory to both parties.
If after 14 days we cannot resolve the complaint then, where applicable, a full refund will be made. Where the complaint refers to our quality of service then we will address the problem immediately where possible, and inform you of any action we have taken to ensure the problem does not re-occur.
Our aim is to provide a fair and effective remedy to all complaints, all of which will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We will not disclose any customer information to third parties except to arrange delivery of any order you have placed. Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We will only collect the personal information that is necessary for us to complete your order (during the check-out process) or request personal information (for instance by email), which is required to answer any enquiry you may have. We will not collect or request any other personal information from you.
All information is collected lawfully and in full accordance with The Data Protection Act of 1998.
We will not write to you, email you, or telephone you without your consent, other than where connected with a current order, i.e to advise you of delivery dates.
